Privacy Policy

When you submit a business we collect: the contact name, company name, company website and contact email, the submitter's own email address, the business category, city and country, and any description or services you add.

To verify the submission, publish the listing, email you a confirmation and review updates, notify our administrators that a new entry arrived, and reply to your requests. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing mail.

The company name, description, website, category and location appear on the public listing page. The contact email is shown only if you choose to display it. Your own submitter email address and the notes you leave for our reviewers are never shown publicly.

We use Google Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records pages visited, approximate location and device type. No personal profile is built from it.

Our hosting and email providers process submissions in order to deliver the confirmation and approval messages, and Google Analytics receives page-view data. We do not share submissions with advertisers.

A submission is kept while its listing exists or until you ask us to delete it. Confirmation links do not expire, so an unconfirmed submission stays on file until you confirm it, update the email, or ask us to remove it.

You can ask us to correct, hide or delete any listing or detail you submitted, or to stop processing it. We act on requests from verified owners and submitters first.
